Actic appoints Stephan Ebberyd as interim CFO
Actic Group AB (publ) announces that the Company's CFO Jörgen Fritz is on sick leave. Actic has hired Stephan Ebberyd as interim CFO during Jörgen Fritz's absence. Stephan Ebberyd has background as CFO from listed companies as well as broad experience in similar interim assignments. His most recent assignments include CFO for Combined Excellence AB 2018-2019 and CFO for Venue Retail Group 2015-2017. The company believes that the business will not be affected by what happened.

Actic (formerly Nautilus Gym) was founded in 1981 and launched the Gym & Swim club concept. The company began its international expansion in 1995 and as per 30 June 2019, Actic had 182 facilities and 222,000 members in four countries. Actic’s main markets are Sweden, Norway as well as Germany and Austria. Actic offers a well-established exercise method known as high-intensity training (HIT) and offers its members personal training programmes including follow-up sessions with trained instructors.
