Corporate governance in Actic is based on Swedish legislation, primarily the Swedish Companies Act and the Regulations for Issuers issued by Nasdaq Stockholm.

Actic applies the rules in the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance (the “Code”). Deviations from the Code's rules are described and justified in the Corporate Governance Report.
